There are several Breastfeeding Coalitions in place across the province and like other breastfeeding support groups; we strive to provide the community with a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in a healthy development of baby and mother. We help parents everywhere by providing education, encouragement and mother to mother support.

Together we can continue to contribute to improve the health of Canadians by supporting women everywhere as they respond to the needs of their children.

If you are interested in either becoming a support person, or if you need support in breastfeeding please contact me (diane@ breastfeedwindsor.org -no spaces) and I will do all I can to connect you with someone that will be suited to you and your needs.

    Sincerely,

    Diane Pepin, Nicky Syed

I hope that all women that are pregnant, or have a new baby will either contact a LLL leader, or come to a meeting and get current information, and FABULOUS support on breastfeeding.
The meetings are fun, and it is so wonderful to get together once a month with other moms that are trying to feed their babies naturally.
Oh, and even if you are not nursing, if you want to nurse the next time, then come out to a meeting, and get armed with power and accurate information.
